I absolutely hate writing a negative review of a business as I have one myself and I know just how difficult it can be to meet everyone's expectations but I feel it is imperative that I pass on my most recent experience.
Our business purchased a 2016 Dodge Ram 2500 from Larry H Miller at auction. Full factory warranty in place, the vehicle had been exclusively serviced by Larry H Miller since new. According to the Carfax, the vehicle had previously been for sale at that dealership and had the "pre-delivery inspection" performed at 31,414 which of course included all services. Move forward 600 miles and the CEL comes on. We bring it in under warranty and they tell us it has bad DEF(Diesel Emissions Fluid) in it and they will need to charge us to drain it out and replace it. I explained to the service adviser that they had serviced the vehicle 600 miles ago and had been the only ones to touch it as it had come off their front line. He first tried to tell me that they didn't know whether someone had tried to put something else in there, which I would get if the vehicle hadn't been so recently serviced and for sale by their Sales Department. He then tried telling me that the DEF could have just gone bad from sitting around because they hadn't serviced it since September. DEF goes bad after 5 months? Come on.
Obviously we will never know exactly what happened but whether the issue resides with the integrity of the Service Department or the quality of fluid they use, its probably best to avoid this dealership altogether as they clearly don't stand behind their work.
