rev:text	Here is an update on this terrible place: https://www.yahoo.com/gma/bbb-issues-nationwide-warning-payless-car-rental-114504817--abc-news-personal-finance.html -- copy and paste to read the story on the lawsuit that is happening! In the story they wouldn't talk to the news but they sent a response and said they care about this and that, but honestly they don't care about the complaints they still are not doing anything about there bait and switch, that they still seem to be doing by looking at some of the newer reviews. When I complained about there bait and switch, they would not take any responsibility what so ever about over charging and they blocked my email address so that I could not contact them again. This place is the worst ever. We rented from them 2 yrs ago and it was the only time and the last time. I am really shocked that there has not been a class action suit started against them. They will rip you off any time in a heart beat. And just like the other reviews that are true they will not ever get back to you and they will never admit they are wrong. We told them NO for the extra insurance and they charged us for it anyway, but didn't realize it until we got home the following day. They will not give anyone a refund for any of their wrong doings. They will not ever admit they are wrong either and just keep ripping you off anyway they can. Funny as well that out of all the reviews there is one maybe two good ones. People heed the warnings on these reviews and rent from a different rental company.
