Never used to come here before the renovations but had heard that this place had good things going for it now. Came here with my boyfriend and we are hooked; nearly everything we've had from here has been excellent.
There's the standard American Chinese menu that has all of your standard offerings (have had the General Tso tofu at the restaurant which was surprisingly fantastic) but turn to the back of the menu where you'll find the authentic Sichuan menu that has enough spicy food on it to burn a hole in your tongue.
My boyfriend loves authentic Asian cuisine so he always gets something from the authentic menu (e.g. the spicy prawns, chongqing chicken) while I get something far less adventurous (chow fun, hor fun, etc.) to give my poor tongue a break from the spice after I steal a few bites of his meals.
Love this place for both eat-in and take-out and highly recommend this place as one of the best Chinese restaurants in Pittsburgh.
