There are a few positive things I would like to say about this establishment before I go on my rant.
-The first man that helped me was very informative and let me know from the beginning that the completion date was uncertain.
-They were great at returning my calls.
-Lastly, my vacuum was fixed.
At the end of October I needed to get my Dyson ball fixed. The brush wasn't spinning and they said they would fix it and clean it. My vacuum was still under warranty so all I needed to pay for was the cleaning.
I called them to check the progress every 3 weeks until last week when they said that they sent the wrong piece, but now they estimated it to be finished by the weekend. I called on Sunday, they were closed so I left a message.
They called me on Monday to tell me it was finished and today I picked up my vacuum. It wasn't cleaned, but it was fixed.
I understand that I asked them to order a specific part over the holiday season and it would make my estimated completion date to be a bit longer, but I would have liked it if they had reached out to me or would have at least updated me on the status. It's a customer service issue. I deal with orders at my work place and if there is an issue at all we let management know, then we let the customer know how we're doing everything we can for them. Next time I need my vacuum fixed I might have to do it myself.
