  • In all my experiences with purchasing a new vehicle, I can say that this has been my best. My sales guys were Scott McEwen and Anthony Alexander. Scott was super knowledgeable of both the 4-Runner SR5 and TRD models that my wife and I looked at, and answered all our questions. Anthony, despite it literally being his first day on the job, was completely engaged with both my wife and I, and was also extremely value added in the sales experience due to his personal love of 4-Runners. My wife and I were extremely impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the salesmen. There was zero pressure from the start, even when I said I needed to sleep on it to decide if I truly wanted to trade in my old car and get something new. After getting home and deciding that we truly loved the idea of adding another 4-Runner to our family, I called and asked if they had a TRD model in the color white that my wife preferred. They did not, but quickly remedied that by transferring one to their dealership to suit our request. Before I rolled off the lot, Scott made sure to help me set up all the state of the art features of my new Toyota such as the apps, phone contacts, voice recognition, navigation features...etc. that came with the vehicle. It was truly a great experience. Thank you Scott, Anthony, and Surprise Toyota.
