  • So despite the warnings from all the other reviewers we decided to stop in since it's close to our house. Yes, people here are pretty rude and lack personality as well as not helpful at all. Slower than molasses considering there are actually quite a few people working. I gave it two stars because the guy working in the dining area cleaning up was actually nice and only human working there that smiled and looked as if he enjoyed working there. There's another Einstein bagel near by, if we feel we need another bagel we will go to that one. This place sucks. Get it together guys.
