  • Damn good BBQ @ Rollin Smoke Barbecue! My husband and I split the brisket 3 ways and I was really impressed with how good everything was. My favorite was the burnt ends. The brisket was so tender, the meat just fell apart and melted in your mouth. They also offer several different dipping sauces, all you can eat on the sauce at no extra charge. I found out the owner is originally from the south which explains why the BBQ is so spot on. He really brought his roots to Las Vegas!
