  • The employee drove my vehicle through the car wash with the radio on and the retractable antennae up. I found the broken antennae under my front passenger seat. I asked to talk with the manager and they told me he wasn't there. I asked who just took my money and they said it was the manager (Eddy). He finally came out of the backroom and asked me to write down my name/phone number and he would call me. I was upset as I knew he was dismissing me. I dropped off the repair bill and he said he would call me back. I never received a call back. When I called back he told me he was working on it. Finally gave up after several attempts as I knew he would never reimburse me for the repair. I haven't gone back.
