  • What a JOKE! Both the owner and his wife, LIED to me. I called about a month ago, to have Mike, come back out for re-assessment of unit. Mike helped last summer, and provided a band-aid to get me through the summer months. Both Phillip and Fran, each said Mike no longer worked for them, and hadn't for some time. They scheduled Phillip for the re-assessment, but low and behold MIKE showed up at my door!! WOW! Fran does a terrible job of denying any knowledge, and Phillip doesn't answer his phone. How convenient for them. Steer clear unless you're ready for games.
