  • We had a leak coming from the lines going to our water softener. The business was courteous and professional during the booking process and was prompt in scheduling someone to come out. A young technician arrived and was unsure of the type of piping we had coming out of our walls. He ended up leaving and coming back with a clamp for what he called a temporary fix and told us he would give a piece of the pipe to the owner who would follow up with a phone call by the next day at the latest explaining to us exactly what type of piping we had and if it was "the good or bad stuff". We were charged $225 for a temporary fix with no guarantees that it would not leak again. It has now been over a week since they came and there have been no phone calls or follow ups to let us know what is going on. In the end, they dropped the ball on us after getting $225 to put a temporary clamp on... Disappointing!
