  • With the luck I usually have, I found myself with TWO flat tires in rapid succession. Since I had already put the "donut" space-saver spare on one wheel, the other left me completely shafted. I walked the one flat to Discount (about a 40-minute walk with my bad leg) and replaced the tire. (Also turned out that the tires that were on my used Hyundai weren't OEM; we fixed that.) I changed the other flat with the new one, drove carefully to the shop, was informed that the other three tires would have to be shipped in from another shop - about a two-hour wait. The darling Orchid and I had lunch at a nearby Wendy's while waiting, and soon we had four new tires on the beast. Smooth, hassle-free and generally all-around professional. I had been a Big O fan (anime too, if you follow such things), but Will and his crew have made a believer out of me. Unless something EXTREMELY untoward happens , I will be a Discount Tire customer from now on. "Thank you." On the Nighthawk 100-point scale: a very respectable 90.
