Went the first time Sunday. I could not shut up about how awesome the donuts were at work on Monday. Had some people in town for business and thought it would be a good idea for breakfast versus boring bagels. Forgot to call ahead until 10 minutes before I got there. Without flinching, polite and customer friendly like you never find anywhere lately they said "2 dozen...not a problem!" I get there and the manager behind the counter was phenomenal, friendly, and genuine. Not that facade of friendly, honestly friendly. The chef came out of the back JUST TO SAY HI. Super cool guy. Mentioned my wife was looking for a specific type Sunday and they were out. They made sure there was one, packaged it separate and made sure I understood it needs to be refrigerated. I had to pull over the write this I was so happy and impressed. Also had to sneak a donut since it is near impossible to drive with this smell. By the way: like Sunday the donut alters the fabric of space, time and reality in regard to donuts.
Long story short: amazing donuts + impossible customer service and friendliness = GO HERE NOW. If they are closed, camp out. Like on Black Friday sales. Because the total experience is better than a brand new tv. Even if said tv was a dollar. Or free. That awesome.
