They say hindsight is 20/20. In my dealings with No Worries Rooter... I have to say I made the mistake of using a bad business twice.
I first used NWR to clear a drain issue that seemed to have blockage (2012). We didn't have cleanouts on our house so the tech removed the toilet and attempted clearing it. We paid a handsome price for No Worries to "fix it" (around 700$) and when the issue reoccurred I rented my own snake from The Home Depot and cleared my own line.
Fast forward to August 2017 of this year. Same issue reoccurred but this time I had cleanouts available for plumbers to use. Joe Quezada was the tech. He broke his power snake trying to clear the blockage. The tech wrote "cable got tangled". There was no mention of leaving the broken snake in the pipe. Then he gave a huge quote to complete the job. All of a sudden the toilet was leaking etc. It seemed suspect. It seemed like a major upsale strategy. We declined the future work to "fix it right". We ended up going with BlackWater Plumbing.
When Blackwater Plumbing came out to repair the issue they found that No Worries Rooter had left a large section of their Power Snake broken off in the pipe. The new tech fixed the issue (replacing the main line) for half the price No Worries was going to charge. He told me to make a complaint about the broken snake and get my money back.
You will have to pardon my delay in writing a review from service done in august 2017. I am a newly single dad of two children and I am a fulltime teacher and coach. I just have not had the time to write a review.
I should have looked at the reviews before using No Worries Rooter. But a victim of poor business practices should not blame himself.
I read through the reviews posted and saw the you tube video. How horrible! I'm going to file a grievance with the ROC, complain on BBB and take this shady company to small claims court.
