  • I have been Renting vehicles for quite some time from this particular location, I have always been super happy until today. Apparently the "manager" NICK has some serious issues with power and customer service. Whether a customer is rude or not you have to know how to deal with upset customers especially when the information received when Booking a vehicle is now different and actually knowing this information from the past as well. Basically now to prove he's mr power he refused to give me the original rate and other locations confirmed that my information was correct&the is in the wrong will not admit it or try to help make it better/ also I cannot get any information on the managers supervisor from all employees at the location(protecting him cause it's their boss&poor employees have to deal with him daily). Their trying to say he is the manager I'm not stupid as he treated me,their are many people above him. He's a store manager where's the regional manager I will go outta my way to find out and notice I never do reviews I'm not that person but he was so INAPPROPRIATE I'm besides myself. Thanks for not helping me and giving me some bs story about the computers. Also the boss can bypass the computer or add in discounts if he wants this isn't my first rental buddy I've been renting vehicles for years. But he had to prove a point cool dude u feel better now u ruined someone's day&Are completely unprofessional. Everyone else there is helpful and nice unfortunatley they have issues within the staff.
