  • I would give this place a negative star if I could. Horrifying experience... Like other reviews, they took our appraisal money and lied to us for weeks that the closing would be on time, and then drag it out and created excuses that normal legit mortgage companies won't use. Our family was stranded for weeks, cost us extra moving/storage/hotel expense, and crazy repair demand for seller, almost cost us to loose our deal. Stay away from this place... We are not first time home owner, this is the 4th house we were purchasing, and the most horrific distressful experience ever. Our next stop is to file complaint to BBB.
