rev:text	No thank you. Came in to big O' tires at about 6 p.m., had to wait at the counter for 30 minutes before anyone came around to help us out. I could handle the wait, but couldn't handle the service I was about to be given - or lack thereof. The guy finally comes around, sour attitude, asked me what was wrong. I told him I had a flat tire and needed to have it checked. Blank expression on his face, he finally came to check what was wrong after having to convince him to help us out. Upon noticing that I had custom rims, he had asked me for a "lug nut key", a word I have never even heard of. I didn't know what it was or where to find it but he expected this to be common knowledge and made me feel like an idiot for not knowing. To sum it up, very rude, did not help me at all, clearly knew I needed it and that I wasn't very knowledgeable when it came to cars (that much I made clear to him). After an hour of interrogating the guy for more info, I decided to leave. I drove back home on my flat (it was raining outside, not safe) to check out other options. I called the Sears Auto department to see whether they could fix my problem despite not having the "lug nut key" and without hesitation, they confirmed it as no problem. Next day, I drove to Discount Tire and got my flat fixed in 30 minutes. After telling them my experience with Big O' Tires, they laughed and said "That's why I would never go there, your rims didn't need any special tools, it was fine as is." Never coming to Big O Tires again.
