My husband and I went in here on a Saturday after 6pm. No one was in the store but a sloppy blonde associate sitting behind the front desk talking to her fellow male sales associate. They were busy in conversation and glanced our way but did not even acknowledge our entrance. As we looked around, there was a pair of shoes my husband wanted to try on. We were at the back of the store and the entire time neither associates asked if we needed help. I went to the front to ask the blonde associate to get a pair of the shoes for my husband to try on. She casually walked back and I pointed out the shoe my husband was interested in, she didn't actually even walk to the shoes themselves but stood 10ft away and then told us know the only size left was the one on the shelf. Although the tag on the inside of the shoe indicated many sizes were available, she said they didn't have time to update the size cards in the shoe (although she had plenty of time for casual conversations with her fellow employee). She didn't ask if she could help in any other way but just walked back to continue her conversation with the male associate at the front desk. We walked through the store and past them on the way out, again with no acknowledgment, or thanking us for visiting the store and at least wishing us a good day.
I have NEVER been anywhere where the service has been this disgusting. This is an embarrassment to the owners of the store. I will NEVER shop here, and make sure everyone I know NEVER shops at livestock.
