So you may be asking yourself "What is this guy doing rating a Super 8 a full five stars? Has he never stayed at a decent hotel?"
To that, I answer "never a decent hotel at this price!"
The room was clean, the bed was reasonably comfortable, and everyone at the front desk was very welcoming. With all of this combined, it was still cheaper for the entire room and tax than some places charge just for the resort fee.
If you have ever heard people tell you to stay at a cheap hotel in Vegas because you'll be out doing things all the time and all you really want from your room is a place to sleep, this is the kind of hotel they are talking about. There are no fancy frills and the furniture is quite plain, so you won't be tempted to spend half a day in your room when there's a lot of Vegas out there to see.
If all Super 8s were like this one,the chain would take over all markets outside upscale/luxury. That or they'd charge more.
