  • This store makes me hope best buy never closes. management don't know what is going on. have had online orders say they are ready but then no sign of the items when you go to collect. forget about returning items you will get excuses after excuse. Had a manager come up to me with no introduction and she seems more concerned about her phone than fixing a problem. Be warned their is a reason items are discounted here.
