rev:text	I scheduled an appointment with Michael. I arrived, admittedly about six minutes late, as there was no sign out by the street to show where this was. It is in a StudioSalon co-op. They had about six stylists crammed in a small space, so it was very noisy when I found the place. Michael started off by telling me "how he works" which made it clear he did no styling. I tried to explain what I thought might be good, and he started clicking his pen, looking around the room, and popping chewing gum in his mouth. Clearly, he wasn't interested in who I was, what my lifestyle was or what look I was interested in. He then pulled up one picture and told me that was what I needed. I excused myself to the ladies room and when I came back, he initially said he was ready to start, but he had a funny look on his face. I asked him if he was sure, and he stopped to check his computer. He began frowning, so I started to ask if this was going to work out, but quickly realized he had scheduled not more than 30 minutes for the $80.00 haircut. I left. I am writing this because I had chosen him due to Yelp reviews, including about the relaxed atmosphere (anything but!), and the skill of this guy. Can't prove it by me. I will pay -- and have paid -- $300 for a haircut. But $160/hour for this would have been criminal. Good money if you can get it, Michael, but you won't get it from me or anyone with sense. Save your money, people, go somewhere that is more professional.
