  • Stopped there on my way back from a disappointing meal as the new noodlecat in west lake (never going back). I ordered a Vegan Ramen and Pickle Bao Bins. It was stellar and the best Vegan broth I have ever had. I live in Florida and eat at two local ramen spots, both of which don't even come close to the quality of this spot. I'll be back every time I visit Cleveland and plan on making another stop tomorrow.
