  • I haven't been here that long. But this place is absolutely beautiful compared to everything else Las Vegas has to offer. Trust me, I looked. The management staff here and their maintenance crew are constantly working to keep this place looking nice both outside and inside. Everybody is smiling and very friendly toward you, no matter how busy they are. The community is also pretty quiet. As far as the units themselves, they're awesome. Well insulated, you don't hear outside noises, and are pretty well maintained. I've been living in this neighborhood for quite some time now. The way I see it, I will definitely be renewing my lease when the time comes. I like it here. Keep up the good work.
