  • Went to Salon Zen on a Groupon as I am new in town and looking for a new place. When I got there, it was dead and stylists standing around gossiping about how to steal money and replace it with fake money??? The stylist sits me down and asks what I want. I tell her I want a cut, all over color and some highlights. She does not say 2 words to me after the whole thing. I had to ask for a mirror to see the back. Worst of it all is that I left with black dye stains on my face, neck and ears. I got highlights which I had to pay extra ($40 for 8). It did not even lighten the color of my hair. I told her I wanted chunky highlights... you can't even see them. I wanted blue, she did purple and its so faint. Where are the colors used that are advertised on your site? SO disappointed in this visit. Most disappointing is that when I called to ask about how to remove the black dye from my skin, the girl told me to :use bleach, like the kind you use for laundry". I was shocked. I will NEVER go here again and I advise the same. PS I reviewed them and posted it to their FB page... they promptly removed it, or their workers did so the owner would not see it. SHADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
