  • I brought my friend to pick up a pre-reserved car. No one in line. We were told the car was ready but ended up waiting 20 minutes while 5 employees wander around doing not much. Not impressed. In addition, the car was rented under the "fast track" option where you simply arrive, show your license and get your keys. This wasn't the case. To top it off, the car smells strongly of weed.
