  • This place really gouges the consumer for a birthday party. There is very little Peace, Love and Happiness when one feels like a sucker. My family got several different answers for the price per head, we ended up paying twice what we thought it would be in addition to being charged an automatic 15% gratuity, WHAT? This is a donut shop. They do not provide the type of service that you would receive at a restaurant to warrant an automatic gratuity for a party. I've also had issues in the past with the consistency and quality of their product. I've found their manager would rather win the battle with a customer and lose the relationship, this person has a lot to learn about management in the service industry. I will not be back to this establishment.
