  • Called and made an reservation for a very early morning pickup to go to the airport. After they charged my card, they called me 10 minutes before they were to pick me up to inform me the driver declined to get me (What does that even mean?). They had another driver 25 minutes away and we're sending him. Had they not charged my card, I would have used lyft. The reason I paid 3x what it costs to use lyft was a garuntee that a driver would be here on time. Last time I use this service.
