  • The hotel staff was really nice. Well, at least all the ones that I came across. Even when they were busy, they would say that they'd be with you as soon as they could. Acknowledgement is always appreciated when you're waiting. I ordered room service a couple of times, and although the food wasn't the greatest, it was a lot better than what I thought it would be! I think the small downfall of this place is the rooms. They need a little bit of updating - mostly painting. There was paint chipping all over the doors. Oh, and the bathroom had a dirty glass. Eeek! I'm not too fond of the area, but it wasn't my choice. The concierge level was pretty cool, though. They have a small breakfast setup in the morning with fruit, bagels, bread, yogurt, and a hot item - like eggs or oatmeal. There's coffee and juice and water. They have appetizers in the evening from 5-8, which is nice. They have cheese, crackers, and two hot items - like mozzarella sticks and southwest egg rolls. Overall, it was a decent stay.
