The employee at the front desk was very kind and helpful throughout the sign in/ new patient process.
I was called back from the nurse fairly quickly, but I was surprised to learn that this facility did not have any electronic machines. She took my temperature from my ear and used the clock to gauge my pulse.
Once I was in the room, I waited in the patient waiting room for over 20 minutes before Dr. Chu arrived. He was nice and knowledgable about my allergic reaction.
As Dr. Chu prepared my prescription, the nurse was very friendly and did a thorough job explaining the process of using an epi pen. In addition to the next steps I need to take, as she had a trainee shadowing her.
Overall, they have a good team.
