  • Coffee is good, but my daughter bought one of their signature mugs, and the lid broke within less than a day. She called the store, they said they would replace the lid. We drove across town, and when we arrived, they refused to give her a new lid. Cost $23.00 and 3/4 hour worth of gas. Will never buy their coffee again. Too many other places that actually honor what they say, and their coffee is just as good.
