  • Moved from San Francisco to Arzano about 4 months ago and love it! Omar and Wendy made the process easy, stress-free and amazing. It is off of Boulder Hwy but its far from being "ghetto". The property is well-maintained, quiet and pet-friendly. There are two security guards on the premises during the evening hours, it's gated and come on...attached garage with a private entrance to your apt? Score! Beats having your car sit outside in Vegas heat! Update: 03/15/2014 There has been quite a few burglaries (break-ins, car theft, etc) in the complex. I never would've thought in my whole entire life I would witness a car burglary (he was gone in less than 15 seconds). I stood there helplessly holding my newborn and the owner of the car even chased the thief down but was unable to catch him. He was on a moped so...it was a quick and clean get away. The police didn't arrive until 10 minutes after the fact, took a quick police report down and left. I will be moving since I am now afraid and paranoid about this happening to me... :/
