  • William one of the managers here is exceptionally nice and is always willing to help and resolve any issue. The grounds are well kept with a few exceptions of trash mostly from kids (water balloons, candy wrappers etc.), but you're never going to get rid of that completely unless you live in a retirement community. The units themselves are clean and modern with an open design that is great for entertaining. The only thing wrong with this place is the walls are not completely sound proof. Example: at 7am EVERYDAY I hear the tenant above me alarm clock going off! But sound issues are almost unavoidable in places like this. So overall I would recommend living here.
