  • Definitely gone down hill in terms of customer service & correct food order & correct deliver locations if you've ordered from different locations in past...shame we like the food but be sure to double & triple check before you accept your orders! Tonight's order they delivered diet soda instead of regular then we realize the THREE hotdogs ordered without buns etc for dogs wasn't included but paid for...so then they return with the correct soda and ONE hotdog cut up saying that there were three and we would NOT be charged when in fact we had already paid cash and did not receive a receipt which also is annoying. The delivery guy also said in future orders they wouldn't cut up the hotdogs nor would they be free! I never asked for them to be cut up & never asked for them to be free although when we first started buying from here the owner GAVE us free cut up hotdogs for my sweet Labradoodle Sonny... We paid for three hotdogs as we now have three dogs and the deliver had one hotdog cut up and only two hotdog ends which was evidence it was only one! Nothing more I hate than a liar! We are done with Windy City!
