Alright, after visiting Sweet Melissa 4 times (2 breakfast and 2 dinner), I have to comment. As the previous reviewers noted - the food is good, I'd say even "pretty good," but the service is just downright poor. For the most part, servers don't really seem to know what they're doing - forgetting waters/drinks, not knowledgeable about the menu, when you ask about a dish they respond with a deer in the headlights - "its good!" Asked about beers on draft and she just muttered something and walked away to check. This place straddles the fence between casual and family friendly and chic and hip. Personally, I think it suffers from an identity crisis.
Any positive of the food is completely wiped out by the poor service. With plenty of other restaurants to choose from, you can do much better. Please improve!
