Allright...So here's an addendum. Emily, who manages the Costco program for the dealership called me the next morning to find out if I had been taken care of. I informed her of my terrible, stereotypical car salesman experience. She apologized and asked me if she could make it right, would I give them another chance. I thought that was fair, but I wasn't going to play any games. She assigned Stephanie to be my sales associate. The two of them took care of the deal as it should have been done in the first place. They were fantastic to work with and earned my business back. They accommodated everything I asked for and worked out all the details. I drove home the car I wanted this afternoon with a great feeling about the deal (for only the 2nd time ever after buying a car). So thank you Emily and Stephanie for making it right!
