rev:text	Nice staff but do not fall for their pitch regarding having "the most service bays in the greater Chicago area". They may have them but they don't appear to use them. Not crowded and seriously, going on 1.5 hours for an oil change on a car with only 5,000 miles on it. No update. Estimate at arrival, about 35 minutes. This is just irritating - totally not worth this kind of wait for an oil change.
