  • PROS: quick check in/professional front desk staff floor to ceiling window in bedroom and bathroom warm feather bed complimentary bottled water a/c worked well flat screen with lots of channels nice shampoo, conditioner, lotion from L'Occitane Nice part of downtown location room was pretty clean/no bad smells (spotted an old contact lens on the bathroom floor though) Bose radio with IPOD connector Free granola bars for breakfast in the lobby/decent tea Didn't hear my neighbors through the walls metro about two blocks South CONS: Windows in the room do not open The complimentary coffee in the lobby wasn't good Doors slam-the percussion from slamming doors even made the room door rattle too Doors banging throughout the night and then starting a 5 am! The restaurant was expensive, had slow service and the food wasn't that great Feather quills were poking me through the feather bed Pillows not the greatest-uncomfortable Soap made in China Anyone can get on elevators and off on floors/could use better security To get a newspaper had to asked for one at front desk
