  • While staying at Planet Hollywood recently we spent a Saturday at the pool. i think there were about 8 of us, but we kind of picked up people along the way and some dropped from time to time so we were "fluid", The pool itself is fine. Nothing great, but clean and functional. It wasn't a day club, but didn't expect or want that. But the people made it a great experience. Alex was our cabana host and was great. Kept our water full and towels fresh! Nicole was our waitress and drinks were never empty and the food was very good. Very prompt and a great personality. We road the FlowRider and had a great time. Good entertainment and everyone could do it, from the kids to the adults. It would be fun to have one of those! Meg was very helpful and answered a ton of our stupid questions, always with a smile. The pool manager, Mike came by and saw us throughout the day and and always seemed to remember our names! We actually felt that we were welcome there. A casino is a casino, but PH was a very pleasant atmosphere.We will definitely go back!!
