  • I love them. The agents in CLE are incredibly helpful and friendly. The airline that employees me eliminated all direct flights from CLE to RDU, so Delta moved in on that market and got me home the other day. From the gate agents (especially Jon!) to the pilots to the flight attendants, they were incredibly helpful and awesome. Thank you for being wonderful. It is great to have colleagues in the aviation industry who are willing and able to help each other get from Point A to Point B. I am so very grateful for our jumpseat agreements with Delta.
