  • This is frustrating. I don't like giving poor reviews but this is deserving as our recent experience had zero redeeming events. From the moment we ordered to the moment we left, we received subpar service. To be fair, it was a busy Sunday morning but when is a Starbucks not busy. The person who took our order had a serious case of apathy or bitch-face. It took 25 minutes to get a coffee and a refresher. When I inquired about our drinks, as 6 or 7 people who ordered AFTER us received theirs, I was greeted with a big WTF as I was informed they were being made "right now." Once this was all done, I went to ask for a refill of ice water .... ended up having to go back through line as the barista was done responding to me (or anyone else for that matter). 10 more minutes later ... no water ... I walked out. I get it, bad day, busy, whatever BUT there is no excuse for the level of disorganization and lack of service at this Starbucks.
