This is definitely very clean-sometimes the nail places around town are little below standards. My Mom and I had appointments at 10:15 on a Saturday morning for pedicures. Our nail techs didn't introduce themselves. However, my pedicure was done pretty quickly and efficiently with no mistakes. I didn't like that my nail tech kept trying to pressure me into an eyebrow wax and make me feel like they look bad. More natural, clean eyebrows are in, and I get a lot of compliments on my natural brows. He kept asking "Oh, you like them thick like that?" like it's a bad thing...they aren't even that thick, and they're certainly not overgrown! My Mom, however, had four of her toes on her left foot smudged when her tech put her flip flops back on. She told my Mom "Okay all done!" and my Mom had to ask her repeatedly to fix all the smudged polish. There is also a $1 fee for using a debit/credit card, so just be aware and bring cash. They also have a stamp card, so make sure you get one! Overall it was a pretty good experience and we'll be back.
