  • Red Rock is absolutely gorgeous and a MUST see if you are visiting Vegas. It's about a 30 minute drive from the strip and about a 30 minute car ride all along the conservation area. We rented a car from the hotel we were staying at and had no problem getting to the site. There are plenty of places to pull off and explore or hike if you want to . I wish I had brought better shoes, but that didn't stop my husband from billy goating his way half up a mountain. lol Even though I stayed on the ground, I got some absolutely breath taking shots.
