  • I have given this company about 8-10 chances and one star sums them up perfectly. Cons -Not a single crew had someone who spoke fluent English. Luckily I know Spanish. -Many times they arrived late. -One time the crew never showed up at all. Never called. Nothing. And I took the day off to be home for them. -They stole a special edition Lion King HD DVD from me. It is worth $100 and is no longer produced. -They always left oil stains in my driveway. One time apparently they tried to refill their car with oil and missed, leaving a HUGE running oil stain in my driveway. -If I didn't check on them they would cut every corner possible. One time they mopped all the floors without vacuuming at all and didn't touch anything else. Just mopped and swirled dirt and dust around and left. -One time I paid for an extra 2 hours for a deep clean (4 hours total). Crew finished in 1.5 hours and had the nerve to tell me to pay for all 4, which I refused. -They only accept cash. -No matter how much you tip you will still get poor service. I tipped 50% many times to the same crew, unfortunately. -Their cleaning supplies are STRONG and cheap. I started providing my own so my eyes wouldn't burn for days. Pros -They are cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for. -Flexible scheduling. Overall, I do NOT recommend them. Honestly, if their service was 100% free I probably wouldn't use them.
