  • I relocated from the Oregon area in December. My experience at District Lofts from the first time I toured to now has been great! The office staff is friendly and are always smiling and eager to help. They mentioned the train upon me moving in and it really isn't bad. The entertainment package and valet waste is awesome! Ingrid, the complex manager is extremely reasonable with her tenants but also looks to make sure everyone has a great living experience. I live right by the pool and I haven't noticed any issues with trespassing. The rent is a great deal considering everything you get and the awesome staff. Special shout out to the maintenance staff for taking care of all my requests no matter how ridiculous in a quick manner. Thank you to this community for all that you do!!!
