  • If you want an oil change that costs too much and takes too long, this is the place. I made an appointment online and when I arrived I was greeted by the very friendly, Narissa (she earned the stars here). She made me feel valued and welcome. She told me Charlie Brummett was on the phone and would come help me when he got done. As soon as he came over the mood changed. He was abrupt, awkward and unfriendly. He told me to expect to be here at least 1 hr and a half which is tooooo long. He then said there was a recall on my doors which would take 3 hrs after I just told him I only had an hour. When writing up my paperwork he commented "looks like you haven't been here in a while." More unfriendly commentary. "Yes, and I'm remembering why I stopped coming" I thought to myself. Jiffy Lube takes 30 min. Walmart takes no longer than an hour and you can shop while they do their work. Not impressed with Charlie Brummett. I've had much friendlier service men in the past so if you do decide to come here, just ask for anyone else.
