  • Came home to 85° Fri night & 105° outside. From 8:00 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. Sat, I dealt with my home warranty & other A/C companies who picked up my priority request (I have asthma) & then said they couldn't come until Sun or Mon, or who didn't call at all (A1 Mitchell had the order from 10:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. on Sat & never called, despite repeated requests from my home warranty.) In tears, home warranty finally agreed to let me call my own company. Found Sun Country in the phone book, liked the reviews here & called. They came within 2 hours & found a simple fix in the attic. Due to the high condenser output, they just suggested I have someone do a maintenance. Was on hold with my home warranty for 15 mins to ask for approval & finally the guys just said they would do it, for no extra fee. I paid the same amount as my home warranty trade call fee, so they don't even have to be involved. Great guys, so nice & helpful, & explained everything - will ask for them in the future!
