From an outward appearance, the restaurant seemed to be a bit on the upper scale... and of course it was, if we base everything solely on price. We were greeted by 4 hostesses and one manager upon which we were seated immediately. The crowd was a mixture of people, families, business men from a local convention, vacationers. Being that this is a Ramsay restaurant we expected so much more seeing how he calls people out for the smallest things on television, but alas the food was very average. We started with calamari.. it arrived less then a minute after we ordered it? How is that even possible? The breading was just okay. The squid itself, soft as butter~ Delicious.
After finishing nearly the entire plate (more then enough for 2 people) we ordered our burgers (what we came for in the first place) one lamb burger, the taste was good but nothing spectacular and a Hell burger... to which my wife commented "Meh. I like yours better." 70 dollars later we were full, of food but nothing else too memorable. The waitstaff was pleasant and ridiculously fast. We spent a total of maybe 30 minutes in there at 6pm on a Tuesday... We didn't order drinks and the fries were some glorified version of a MacDonald's recipe. The sauce they came with was delicious though... Nothing to write home about.
