  • I do think that this place does give a quality car wash. I like that it's a hand car wash and my car doesn't go through all of the machines that normal places have. The cost for just an exterior car wash is $10.99 but on Monday through Friday from opening until 11 AM, the car wash is only $7.99. I got there today at 10:55 (cutting it close on the early bird special). The man that you pay for the wash looked at his watch and told me $7.99. I gave him my credit card and paid. While going through the wash, I looked at my receipt and it said $10.99. Then I proceeded to go on my phone and access my credit card and saw that I was in fact charged $10.99. After the wash was completed, I went inside and told them what had happened. They led me back to the man the charged me the incorrect price. He refunded my the $3 but was not at all apologetic. Neither was the woman inside. They both treated it like it was no big deal. He just handed me the money and that was it. I will not go back to a car wash with dishonest employees. He knew he lied about the price and tried to overcharge me. You don't tell somebody one price and then knowingly charge them a different one. I know it's just $3 but it's the principal. So, you lost my business. You probably don't care because I was just a once a month customer getting a $11 wash, but everybody should check their receipts and make sure you are charged what they say. If I wasn't such an untrusting person I'd would have just drove off, never to have notice. I'll be finding a new place to get my car washed and so will my wife.
