Tried this place bec of yelp reviews and this place is close to home. When we came in, the front desk lady was not that accommodating, not smiling or anything. Not much privacy as you're next to one another without a partition/divider. I was near the door and could hear the door opening and closing and people talking outside. You could also hear people walking inside the huge room as new clients come in.
Massage was just OK and I didn't even dozed off even for a minute. I've had massages which are better. But what I liked about the massage was the hot stone part and the back massage when (I think) the lady was using her elbows. The neck massage was a little painful/hard. There were moments when the therapist would leave (I think she's getting something inside like hot towels) and talks to the therapist next to her. Can't understand coz they speak Chinese.
Overall, $20 was worth it but the crazy part was the tipping. We gave $7 each for our therapists and they followed us to the front desk. They asked if we were satisfied with the massage and I said IT WAS OK. And my therapist pointed that small laminated note about tips. Sad = $5. Happy = $10...telling me that I should give at least $10 each. It was the first time that I was asked to tip more. O-O
