  • Worst customer service & experience hands down!! My friend and I came in today as walk-ins, the salon was very busy and we were told about 10 minute wait for pedi/manicure. We waited at least 30 min before going back to be seated and then another 30 minutes(in cold water) we then asked to have our water heated back up and were told to wait. When we inquired how much longer we'd expect to wait, we were told we could leave if we didn't want to wait any longer. I have never in my life been treated so rudely! The issue could have been avoided if we were quoted an accurate wait time up front. I will never be back or recommend this place. Leaving was actually a huge blessing as we found another salon that was very nice and clean and that will be our new go-to place
