In my quest in finding a new salon closer to me, I stumbled upon this salon, to get shellac put on my nails. This place looked a bit rough and thought maybe the price would be lower than other salons. What I found was the price indeed was cheaper than other salons, however when I came in, the place looked dirty and it took forever for someone to greet me and then I asked if they had a specific colour of shellac, the lady there didn't look happy and looked at me for a few seconds and responded sort of rudely with a "no." I think she was annoyed that I was asking for a colour they didn't have. So I politely said thank you and walked out. As I was walking out, I overheard another 2 girls saying that same girl I was talking too was rude to them also. I don't get it, if your trying to grow a business, how can you be rude to the client?? As soon as I walked in, I just felt unwelcome there and had a bad feeling. I'm sort of glad they didn't have the colour I was looking for, because it probably would have been a waste of my money going there.
